What Is the Story Behind Hershey's Chocolate Syrup?

There would be no Hershey's Company without its founder, Milton S. Hershey. During the 1893 World's Columbian Exposition, Hershey fell in love with making chocolate. One year later, he founded the Hershey Chocolate Company, and went on to open a school for kids. Hershey has left a legacy of not just rich and indulgent chocolate, but also employment opportunities for many people and even amusement parks in Pennsylvania that offer chocolate-themed fun for the whole family. In addition to the coveted Hershey's Syrup, The Hershey Company also makes Hershey's Chocolate Bars, Hershey's Chocolate Kisses and a wide variety of other chocolate treats.
