For unwanted items, please contact us through our email support@kimeco.co and a return label will be provided. Once the item is received by Kimeco we will inspect the item and determine the correct restocking fee. Restocking fees may range from 20% for an undamaged item to 50% for an item that has been used, unsealed, or damaged in any way.

Customer returns may also be subject to return shipping charges, depending on the reason for return.
 Unless otherwise indicated, products sold with a Manufacturers/Factory/Direct Warranty may be returned to us within 30 days of receipt for replacement or service under warranty. For damaged items received, please send pictures showing the damaged items and packaging, depending on the damage the refund can be from just the damaged item to a full refund of the order. If you are unable to send pictures, you must return the damaged items to our warehouse for a full refund.  

If you receive the wrong item, please request the return of the incorrect item to our warehouse for a full refund, or if you’d like to keep the wrong item received we can offer a partial refund. 

Return shipping will not be charged if your item arrives damaged or your order is incorrect. Our return/refund policy requires that customers notify us of any issues with their order within 30 days of delivery date or expected delivery date. After 30 days following receipt of a product sold with a Manufacturers/Factory/Direct Warranty, products must be returned directly to the product's maker for warranty service. 

Customers must pack any item(s) being returned completely, with all manuals, cables, accessories, etc., as if they are new and in working condition.

Regardless of condition, all products must be packaged appropriately so as not to incur physical damage during return shipping.

In some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount will be deducted from their refund Shipping Policies. 

Shipping Times

USA Shipping Times For U.S. ground shipments the shipping time will be 3 to 7 business days*, depending on the delivery location. You can expect to receive your order at your requested shipping address within 3 to 7 business days after you place your order 

*Saturday, Sunday, and legal holidays are not considered business or transit days. 

Price of the product 

Our items are priced the way that they are due to the cost of the items and the cost of shipping. If you are unhappy with the price, you may return the order according to our return policy.  Thank you!
